What counts as a "completed session"?
A session is complete when the candidate reaches the closing defense and submits. No-shows and walkaways in the first 5 minutes are never counted.
Flat plan or pay-as-you-go?
A flat plan includes a monthly pool of sessions at a lower effective rate, with discounted overage beyond the cap. Pay-as-you-go has no base fee — you pay the standard rate per completed session. Both cap reviewer seats by tier; you can switch as your volume settles.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new workspace gets 14 days and one free completed session, whichever comes first, with no card required. Subscribe from the console before the limit to keep going.
How does monthly vs yearly billing work?
Flat plans bill monthly or yearly (yearly saves two months or more). Usage — overage and pay-as-you-go sessions — is always billed monthly in arrears, even on a yearly plan.
Can we build our own assessment?
Yes — you can author custom presets and weight the dimensions that matter for the role.
Where is the data stored?
US, EU, or UK. Enterprise chooses; Starter and Team default to the candidate's home region.
